I really related to the story of how these guys started their brand. Rich is the creative designer, while Herm brings those visions to life with his sewing skills. I’m a lot like Herm; I have the ideas, but I need to surround myself with a team that can help narrow down a design. Starting a brand takes a team and hopefully, this podcast shows that.
